Ordering
When ordering customers must provide accurate contact
information in order for NX4 Industries to confirm orders
NX4 Industries will contact customers if the item is not

Credit card orders must be shipped to the billing address
for security purposes
NX4 Industries requires the customer to pay in full at the
time of the order unless otherwise negotiated and written
consent provided.
NX4 Industries will not accept COD terms under any
circumstances
Shipping
Orders received before 11 a.m. will be shipped out same day
provided product is in stock. Should product not be
available, customer will be notified of expected delivery
date.
Once backordered items are on the way to us, they can no
longer be cancelled without the restocking fee, so please
cancel within 2 calendar days of backorder notification
It is our sole discretion in selecting the shipping carrier
All rates are GENERAL SHIPPING RATES to the 48 states and
Canada
Large items such as body kits need custom shipping quotes,
please contact us for a quote
Shipping outside the continental United States (48 States)
or Canada for certain items may cost extra.
All shipping charges will be added to your order upon
processing, and you will be billed for shipping
All customs/duty will be paid for by the buyer
Any shipments refused or rejected by the customer’s
instructed shipping premise does not grant the right to
exchange/refund
All return freight is the responsibility of the customer,
will be charged to the customers account and is subject to
interest charges.
If we send you the wrong item, we will reimburse the freight
charge and ship the correct item to you at no additional
charge
Any damaged shipment should be checked in the presence of
the carrier
All claims for damaged shipment must be made with the
carrier
All shipments will be properly packed before being sent out
from our premises
If a shipment is lost, we will initiate the claim with the
shipper for compensation
We will provide a replacement product lost or damaged in
shipping only after the carrier’s compensation has been
supplied.
Warranty and Returns
All new parts and equipment are sold under original
manufacturer warranty, if offered
Warranty information can usually be found on the company’s
website.
Items manufactured by NX4 Industries are guaranteed for 365
days against manufacturing defects (unless otherwise
specified), which must be assessed by NX4 Industries for
validity.
There is a 25% restocking fee on all unopened returns and
cancelled orders
All returned merchandise must be unopened and unused, in its
original saleable packaging
There are no returns or exchanges on open, scratched, or
defaced items
Return for exchange or refund will be allowed within 10
calendar days from date of receipt
Merchandise must be returned with the original invoice or no
refund/exchange can be made
Shipping for returned items will be paid by the customer
All refunds will be issued by company cheque or store credit
No refunds/exchange will be allowed on special order items
or custom orders
Please choose the correct application for any products you
are ordering
All returns must be checked before shipping out the new
product to ensure proper credit
All used parts are sold as-is with no stated or implied
warranty
No warranty will be valid if the defect was caused by the
customer’s abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling or improper
installation
Please notify us within 2 calendar days if you receive
defective or damaged merchandise
There is no warranty on electrical, engine internals, or
turbo parts
It is the manufacturer’s decision to replace the item in
question, not ours
